There are three programs offered by the Peel District School Board for students who require additional instruction and help related to their current courses or subjects. The Counting on You program is offered to students in grades 7 to 10 throughout the regular school year. Camp I Can is offered during the March and summer breaks to students in grades 7 and 8. Camp I Can with Credit Completion is offered during the summer to students currently in grades 9 and 10. SCORE is offered during summer break to students in grades 7 and 8. If your student is having difficulty with English or mathematics, make sure you read about these programs. (You may also download the At a Glance flyer for Camp I Can or SCORE, which describes the summer programs.)

Note: Students may only enter these programs with the recommendation of their Principal, teacher and/or guidance counsellor. If you think your child should attend one of these programs, and you have not been notified, please contact your child’s school.

For general information about Counting on You and Camp I Can, you can contact Chris Vanellis, Program Manager, at 905-890-1010 ext. 2538. For the SCORE program, contact Judith Beriault, Vice-Principal of Continuing Education at 905-270-6000 ext. 410.
