Welcome to the Adult Education Program

242134

If you are over the age of 18 and want to complete your high school diploma, we can help you select the courses you need. Both Peel and non-Peel residents may attend credit courses. You must read the requirements listed for each program to find out how to enroll.

We will work with you to create a schedule that fits your available time. Both day and night courses are offered, as well as the opportunity to gain valuable work experience through co-op education programs.

Your experience works for you. The mature Prior Learning Assessment and Recognition (PLAR) program allows adults with low credit count to earn a number of credits toward graduation requirements based on previous experience and learning. To find out more call 905-270-6000 x 420.

Resources are also available to help you select your destination after you graduate, whether it is an apprenticeship, college, university or work.

Information about nearby child care can be found in the Child Development Resource Connection Peel or the Canada Child Care Directory and public transportation in Mississauga and Brampton is also available.

Note:
  • all classes are conditional on teacher availability and sufficient enrollment and are subject to cancellation or transfer
  • there is a fee of $30 per course, and a refundable textbook deposit of $80 per book to a maximum of $160
